I love munchkin

Here's my blog post for last weekend and week.
I can't even remember what I did last Saturday ( Which was May 4th)
But I DO remember that Sunday was the most beautiful day ever.
It was also the day we "celebrated" Mother's day.
(Due to the fact that my mom and I were going to be out of town for Mother's day. That weekend will be a blog post all in its own)
So, while daddy took mumsie on a ride to the beach, I wrapped her gifts and got flowers.
And when I was finished, had some spare time to get some exercise!
I mean, it was SUCH a beautiful day.
My short roller blading ride was well worth it.
After gifts were open, card was read, and tears were shed.... (I'm such a great daughter... )
(Okay, just kidding, no tears were actually shed..)
The three of us enjoyed some great, quality, family time together, on our electronics.
BUT HEY!
We were together! ;-)
Monday, the start of the week started quiet normal.
I picked Benjamin up a little early so we could have more time at the park before his therapy.
He played like he normally would...
Once we got to therapy, he was realllllly quiet and acted a little tired. ( Which isn't very normal )
He was laying down in the chairs, so I gave him a good massage, helping him relax.
He had a normal therapy session.
We got in the car and headed for the pool.
Again.... very quiet. Not sure he even said 5 words during our drive.

It was a great day for the pool.
He swam about 10 minutes before he started shaking and "Shibberin'"
This was how he spent the next 15 minutes.

Took him home, gave him a nice, long, warm bath.
Tried to feed him dinner.
He started burning up and I knew it. Fever was trying to get him.
Well, you know me...
I prayed over him first, took his temp and he just laid on the table and watched a movie until I took him up to bed.
He was so quiet... So out of it.
Makes me sad.
Although it was nice to just have him like... "Still" for a little while. ( Although I Would never wish it upon him to be sick.)
He fell asleep fast.
(Isn't he cute...?)
So Tuesday we kept him home from school.
He didn't wake up or act sick at all.
But to be on the safe side.
But go figure, he had some pop corn that night, it made him sick!
SO, we kept him home again on Wednesday!
By Thursday he was very ready for school.
.
.
I just love this great smile!
Thursday we enjoyed some time in the great outdoors! Another one of those fabulous days.
I had planned on going to the beach that day- but sometimes plans have to change.
When I thought we were going, I stopped by target to pick up some sun glasses and a hat, because I forgot protection for my face. ( My skin is too sensitive for sun screen)
I happened to find cheap pair of sunnies, a FABULOUS, orange hat ( only 5 bucks! and I love it!)

Thursday was my last day for the week.
My mom and I took a trip from Friday to Monday.
I will tell you ALL about it, hopefully by the end of the week.
You know I can't promise blog posts. I have a hard time following through with them. ;-)
Enjoy your week!
